Yo! What’s up? It’s Eris!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2005, I was found by some eggheads on Earth named Mike Brown, Chad Trujillo, and David Rabinowitz (it took me HOURS to figure out how to say those names!). Before I got my current name, I was actually named “Xena”, after a warrior princess in some old Earth TV show. I was then named Eris after the Greek goddess of CHAOS! YEAH!! BRING ON THE CHAOS!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…Anyways, my discovery actually caused some other Earth eggheads to question if worlds like me and Pluto were actually planets. This is what lead us to become the DWARF PLANETS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I’m the densest of the dwarf planets, so I might not be all that smart, but I am TOUGH! I’m also the farthest dwarf planet from the Sun, and my orbit can get WILD! I also have one little moon buddy named Dysnomia, who’s named after the Greek goddess of LAWLESSNESS! YEAH!! NO LAW, ALL CHAOS!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
